Mr. Y.P.S.Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner’s case is that she was appointed as Daily Waged Beldar in the respondent-department on 02.12.2016. Her services were regularized on 11.02.2022. Petitioner superannuated from service at the age of 58 years on 31.03.2022. Petitioner seeks arrears of enhanced gratuity in light of decision rendered in Baldev Vs. State of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - HP & Ors2. It appears from the paper-book that the petitioner has not represented to the respondents for redressal of her grievances. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case she is permitted to file representation to the respondents/Competent Authority for redressal of her grievances. Learned Addtional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioner to file representation within two weeks in respect of her above grievances, which shall be decided by the respondents /Competent Authority, in accordance with law, within six weeks from the date of receipt of the same. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
