JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to conduct fresh valuation of the subject Anatomy Paper- 1 and Paper-2 of the Examination of September-2025 undertaken by the Petitioner with Reg. No. 23M3927 by subjecting the answer scripts to be evaluated by an independent evaluators and thereafter to re-compute the results afresh. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:53756 WP No. 36943 of 2025 ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the Respondent-2 to consider Annexure-D the E mail Representation dated 2/12/2025 requesting for a re-check of his Anatomy Paper-1 and 2 and re-compute the results. iii. Issue any other appropriate writ, or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the ends of justice. iv. Allow this Writ Petition with cost." 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation at Annexure - D dated 02.12.2025 and take appropriate decision within a stipulated time frame. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made by both sides, this petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to address the grievances of the petitioner and to consider the representation at Annexure - D dated 02.12.2025 submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as available in law, including approaching this Court, subsequently, if the occasion so arises. 7.
