JUDGMENT
The present contempt case has been filed alleging willful disobedience/non-compliance of the judgment dated 19.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.16670/2024.
2. The said writ petition was disposed of by this Court on the following terms:
“3. It is contended by the petitioner that on the basis of the finding in Ext.P3 as extracted above, the 2nd respondent is bound to extend the benefit of the 11th Pay revision to the petitioner de hors Ext.P5 as there is no requirement for ratification of the decision taken by the Council for his regularisation. Accordingly, in the light of Ext.P3 Judgment, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders in the matter of extending the benefit of 11th Pay Revision to the petitioner in the light of Exts.P3 and P4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.”
3. The benefit of the 11th pay revision has been extended to the petitioner vide order dated 09.04.2025, in compliance with the judgment
CON.CASE(C) NO. 3143 OF 2024 3 2025:KER:31768
dated 19.08.2024.
Therefore, nothing survives in the Contempt Case, which hereby stands closed.
