1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for extension of time to deposit the fine amount of Rs. 3000/- each as per order dated 03.12.2024 passed by this Court in CR.R. No. 1041/2015. KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN

This Court, vide order dated 03.12.2024, while partly allowing the revision petition and sentencing the petitioners to the period already undergone, had enhanced the fine amount of Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1000/- for the offence under Section 324/34 of IPC and Rs. 500/- to Rs. 2000/- for the offence under Section 326/34 of IPC total enhanced fine amount of Rs. 3000/- (each) and had granted one month’s time from the date of passing of the order for depositing the enhanced fine amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to paucity of funds, the petitioners could not satisfied the order dated 03.12.2024 with regard to depositing the fine amount and now they are ready to pay the fine amount and the mistake committed by the petitioners are bonafied, not intentional. Hence, he prays for last opportunity that the time period for depositing the fine amount may be extended.

Learned counsel for the other side has no objection.
5. The prayer made by the petitioners appears to be reasonable. Hence, the petitioners are granted further two week’s and no more time from today to deposit the enhanced fine amount as was ordered by this Court on 03.12.2024 in Cr.R. No. 1041 of 2015.
6. Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
7. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
