A-563, admeasuring 162 square meters in Shatabdi Enclave-II, Sector-9, Shatabdi Nagar, Meerut was allotted to him vide allotment letter dated 30.11.2011. However, its possession has not been handed over to the petitioner so far because of some pending litigation with another person. The petitioner has therefore, prayed for a direction to the respondents to hand over the physical possession of the aforesaid plot immediately or direct the respondents to allot some other plot to the petitioner in the same area and consider his application filed in this regard dated 06.06.2025. 2. Sri Avadhesh Narayan Dubey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 - Meerut Development Authority does not dispute that the aforesaid plot was allotted to the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner can take back his money. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not agreed to the offer and submits that the respondents should consider his application for allotment of alternate plot. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents- Meerut Development Authority to pass speaking order on the application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation/application.
