The petitioner seeks for Police protection to implement the order dated 23.09.2025 passed by the I Additional Civil Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, in O.S.No.1076/2025. 4. The said Order dated 23.09.2025 is an ex-parte ad interim temporary injunction passed by the Trial Court, restraining the defendants therein from interfering with the plaintiff's alleged possession. 5. There is no order which has been passed by the Trial Court, granting Police protection and/or directing the Police to provide any protection. 6.
