Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Yuvraj Brahmbhatt waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-state. 2. By way of the present application, filed through jail, the applicant – accused has prayed to release him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of medical ailment of his father. 3. Heard the learned APP appearing for the respondent State and also perused the documents produced along with the application as well as considered the averments made in the application. R/CR.MA/21888/2025 ORDER DATED: 15/10/2025 4. Considering the grounds mentioned and the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. 5. Accordingly the application stands partly allowed. The applicant - accused is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of seven (07) days from the date of his actual release, on executing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) before the jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the jail authority. 6. The accused shall surrender before the jail authority upon completion of his temporary bail, without fail. 7. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Registry is directed to intimate the concerned jail authority about the present order by sending a copy of this order through Fax message, email and/or any other suitable electronic mode. (VIMAL K.
