Order on Board 28/02/2025 1. This is second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the material witnesses vide order dated 14.11.2024 passed in MCRC No. 6770/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that till date even the charges have not been framed by learned trial Court, therefore, the witnesses could 2 not be examined before there. The applicant is in jail since 11.07.2024, therefore, considering the delay in trial of the case she has filed the second bail application. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes. 4. From perusal of the order-sheets annexed with the present bail application, it appears that on 24.12.2024 and 14.01.2025 time was granted to the defence counsel to raise their argument on charge. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further considering that the applicant themselves have taken time to argue the case on framing of charge and for that reason charges could not be framed till 27.02.2025, therefore, I do not find any change in circumstance to admit the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant, therefore, it is dismissed at motion stage itself.
