ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue the writ of mandamus by directing the respondent bank to consider the representation filed by the petitioner at Annexure-D and D1 dated 9/9/2025, and direct the respondent bank to block the credit in the petitioner bank account with the respondent bank in the neo-corporate account bearing no. 925020016682139.
b. Issue directions to the respondent 1-2 bank to revert the unauthorised transactions to its original source of credit in the neo-corporate bank account bearing no. 925020016682139.
c. Issue any other writ as this Hon'ble court may deem fit, in the interest of justice.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there are certain unauthorised amounts which have been remitted into the account of the petitioner. The petitioner not knowing from where those amounts are being remitted, the petitioner had submitted

representation to the respondent-Bank to block such credit into the account of the petitioner. The said representation not having been considered by respondent-Bank, the petitioner is before this Court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs.
3. Sri.Francis Xavier.,
learned counsel for the respondent-Bank on instructions submits that insofar as the bank account of the petitioner is concerned there are several leins which have been placed on the said account amounting to Rs.1,86,26,676.66/- and the amount available in the bank account is Rs.11,29,866/- and as such he submits that the said account being involved in the investigation, the respondent-bank cannot stop the credit into the account.
4. However, he submits that if the petitioner wants to open a fresh account, the bank after ascertaining that the requirements are fulfilled including the KYC

norms, will permit another account to be opened by the petitioner.
5. Placing the said submission of learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 on record, the petition stands disposed of.
