This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an order or direction to direct the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the application under section 35-A C.P.C. and the decide order dated 24.02.2023 passed by the above trial court in Original Civil Case No. 508 of 2018 (Arun Jha. Vs. Komal Yadav and another), expeditiously within stipulated period, pending before the aforesaid Court, during the pendency of this present petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2023, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gautam Buddh Nagar to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
