By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the notice dated 16.07.2025 passed by respondent no. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that it is a mere notice given to the petitioner seeking his explanation and since petitioner has submitted explanation on 19.07.2025, the matter of notice may be directed to be decided. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the matter of show cause notice dated 16.07.2025 considering the reply of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025 and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 3 shall decide the matter of show cause notice dated 16.07.2025 considering the reply of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
