Accordingly, the petitioner does not want to press the petition, however, he seeks liberty to pursue appropriate remedy under the law. The Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid. Let certified copy of the documents be returned to counsel for the petitioners after retaining a photocopy of the same to be kept on record as per Rules of the Court.
