The petitioners are questioning the order of disqualification from continuing as members of the village panchayat, having been elected against reserved seat but having failed to produce the certificates of validity by the cut off date. 2. Though the petitioner No. 3 in WP No. 2367 of 2025 claims to have a certificate of validity before the cut off date, admittedly even she 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:5092-DB Sr. Nos. 70 & 72 did not produce it before the Collector by the cut off date. The disqualification under Section 10-1A is axiomatic. No fault can be found in the order of disqualification. The petitions to that extent are dismissed. 3.
