Today when the matter is listed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services submitted a copy of the speaking order passed by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh vide Rc.No.14030/4/2018-EST 3, dated 28.02.2025. 5. A perusal of the proceedings would indicate that the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, considered the petitioners’ representation and passed a speaking order. 6. A copy of the speaking order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners, across the bar. 7. Given the subsequent developments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the speaking order passed by the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh Rc.No.14030/4/2018-EST 3, dated 28.02.2025, if the petitioners are still aggrieved. 8. Permission is accorded. 9. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
