S. no 431/ 2A) of Alangiyam village, Dharapurm Taluk Tiruppur District to the extent of 32 cents until the disposal of O.S. no 283 of 2022 pending before the district Munisf court, Dharapuram and O.S. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 7th respondent submitted that the patta was already issued in favour of the 7th respondent. 3. In view of the above submission, the relief sought in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, as the patta has already been issued in favour of the 7th respondent. Consequently, no Writ of Mandamus, as prayed for, can be granted. However, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order granting patta before the competent forum, in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
