Case No. 160/2022 instituted under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 363, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C., the petitioner has moved to this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was rejected on merits by this Court and the petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail only on the ground that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in terms of order dated 19.06.2023 passed in A.B.A. No. 9999/2022, therefore, the petitioner seeks privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and ground taken as a fresh ground for consideration of second anticipatory bail application may not be entertained. 2025:JHHC:12546 P a g e 2 | 2 5. Considering the rival contentions of the parties and fresh ground taken by the petitioner, I do not find any cause to entertain the second anticipatory bail application. 6.
