Ms.Sridevi Ganta, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the interim orders dated 12.10.2007, the petitioner has been taken into service, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause still survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
