The Course contains 10 Semesters. In each year there will be two Semesters. The examination structure contains two parts. One part is that there will be marks awarded by the examiners from the College for the assessment done by them with respect to the projects done by the student. Other part is the examination conducted by the respondents. The petitioner could not clear Thesis and Internship. The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to grant a mercy chance for the said Papers. 2025:KER:26382 WP(C) NO.42261 of 2024 4 3. Standing Counsel entered appearance on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and resisted the writ petition. The Standing Counsel sought time to file counter affidavit. 4. From the pleadings, I find that the petitioner has made a request in this regard before the 3rd respondent- Controller of Examinations. In the facts of the case, I am of the view that to meet the ends of justice, it would be sufficient if the 3rd respondent considers Ext.P2 representation submitted by the petitioner seeking mercy chance to appear in the examination. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation sympathetically and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of six weeks.
