Learned counsel would point out that the crime is of the year 2013, and the case now stands posted to 30.07.2025 for evidence. 2. Taking into account the fact that the crime is of the year 2013 and the Calendar Case is of the year 2018, there will be direction to dispose of C.C.No.681/2018 expeditiously, at any rate within a period of six months from the date receipt of a copy of this Order. In order to enable compliance with the Order, it will be open for the trial court to prepone the matter and to commence the evidence. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit Crl.M.C.No. 10044 of 2024 ..3.. 2025:KER:31292 that the petitioner will fully co-operate with the trial without seeking any adjournment.
