In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.07.2022 in M.A.G(1)/170 of 2021 passed by respondent No.3 produce at Annexure-A. 3. Respondent No.1 has filed the memo reporting the death of the respondent No.1-Raziya Begum on 14.01.2023. In view of this development, and considering that respondent No.1 was contesting respondent as well as the beneficiary of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46233 WP No. 18647 of 2022 the maintenance order, the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives. The direction issued by respondent No.3 pertaining to payment of maintenance to respondent No.1; with her demise, as the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
