Issue Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or order quashing the HaGuPa/E-Tender/1/2025-26 dated 13.10.2025 issued by the Respondent no. 2, and the endorsement dated 21.10.2025 in SaRa/HaGuPa/01/2025-26 issued by the Respondent no. 2 in the interest of justice. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction directing the Respondents to accept the payment for the year 2024-25 and 2025- 26 as per the notice dated 30.04.2025. (produced at Annexure III. Issue any other writ or Order or Direction and grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstance of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that due to financial stringency the petitioner could not make payment of the fishing license fee. Despite the tender having been issued by respondent there being no responsive tenderers, the tender has not been successful and as such the petitioner has come forward to make payment of the pending amounts as also the future license fee within two weeks from today. 4.
