By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. The same information has been submitted by learned Standing Counsel along with Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 that named FIR has been registered at the behest of respondent no. 4 against petitioner no. 2 in the instant case, which was registered as Case Crime No. 160 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station-Baharia, District-Prayagraj. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
