Counsel for the respondents-State has placed on record a communication dated 17.09.2025 addressed to the Advocate General alongwith the order dated 30.08.2025, whereby the petitioner has been given the benefit of the work charge status on notional basis from the retrospective date w.e.f. 01.01.2003 on completion of 8 years of continuous service with 240 days in each calendar year, in view of the directions passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 arising out of SLP (C) No.23016 of 2023 titled as the State of Himachal 2 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Pradesh and Ors. Versus Surajmani & another alongwith connected matters, decided on 06.02.2025. 2. Resultantly, we are of the considered opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
