The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the notice dated 19.03.2022 vide Annexure D and notice dated 23.03.2022 vide Annexure-E on several grounds as set out in the Memorandum of petition. 3. Petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction without submitting a reply to the show cause notice. Hence, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition reserving the liberty for the petitioner to submit a reply to the show cause notice within four weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. Upon receipt of the reply, the Corporation may consider and continue the proceedings, in accordance with the law. 6. Resultantly, writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
