Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.891 of 2023 from the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the wife/petitioner that the marriage has been contracted in the year 2020. They have been blessed with one daughter aged about 2 years, who is residing with the mother. On that basis, prayer for transfer of case has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the above prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the wife has to maintain her minor daughter, I am inclined to allow the present petition. Accordingly, the Original Suit No.891 of 2023, is hereby, transferred to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur. 6. The present transfer petition stands disposed of.
