This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants for quashing of charge sheet dated 13.3.2024 in Case No.142/11 of 2024, State of U.P. Vs. Ajay and others, arising out of Case Crime No.0009 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 377, 506, 354B, 323, 376, 342 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana Budhhana, District Muzaffar Nagar pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Budhana, Muzaffarnagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the informant. In the present charge sheet has been submitted without proper investigation. However, does not dispute that no cognizance has been taken in pursuance to the charge sheet. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that if the applicant has any objection to the charge sheet, there is a remedy of filing application for reinvestigation prior to cognizance. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the court concerned for reinvestigation. In case any such application is filed by the applicant, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
