Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 13.8.2025 passed by respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Mirzapur. By which the financial and administrative powers of the petitioner was seized. 3. Apart from the various, one of the argument has been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order impugned is a non-speaking order and the same has been passed without application of mind. No prima facie satisfaction has been recorded by the respondent no.2 while passing the aforesaid order. 4. The aforesaid fact is also clear from the perusal of the order itself. 5. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 13.8.2025 is unsustainable in law and is liable to be set aside. 6. The order dated 13.8.2025, passed by respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Mirzapur, is hereby, set-aside. 7. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law, most expeditiously, unless there is no legal impediment.
