This matter pertains to service dispute and the same is now amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar Bench in view of Notification No. G.S.R. 267(E) dated 29th April, 2020 read with Notification No. G.S.R. 317(E) dated 28th May, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training).
Accordingly, this writ petition is transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Srinagar Bench at Srinagar. Registry shall transmit the record to the Tribunal forthwith.
