The allegation against the petitioner is that he has misappropriated funds meant for Hajj pilgrims. 4. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. There are indeed incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioner. However, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation. The petitioner has not violated any bail conditions. The petitioner is on interim bail vide order dated 10.03.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Interim order dated 10.03.2025 is hereby made absolute. 6. In terms of the above observation, this Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of. 7. Send back the Case Diary.
