The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 5 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.1085 of 2023 dated 30.09.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Thanjavur.
2. Even today, there is no representation for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the
learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent would submit that they have already represented the vakalat and they are not having objections to condone the delay.
5. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in
