The petitioners filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with prayer for bail as he is behind bars since 28.12.2024 in connection with Page No.# 2/2 Borlangfer PS Case No. 06/2024 under Section 140(2)/61(2)/308(4)/103(1)/238 of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge-sheet has not been submitted. I have also considered the submission that the petitioner is behind bars for 90 days. Considering all aspects, the petitioner is enlarged on bail of Rs 50.000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Diphu, Karbi Anglong. Send back the Case Diary.
