Sri Devid Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.N. Upadhyay, brief holder for the State are present. 2. The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 22.07.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Court No. 4, Ghaziabad in Case No. 205 of 2017, arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court to ensure to strict compliance of guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Rajnesh Vs. Neha & Anr. (2021) 2 SCC 324, case as well as institute the proceedings under Section 340 of Cr.P.C. against the opposite party no. 2. 3. In the present case, the main grievance of the applicant is that the opposite party no. 2 conceal the details of bank account in the bank of Muthoot and she has not complied with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Rajneesh (Supra) and filed a false affidavit. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that application under Section 44 ब has been filed by the applicant in the aforesaid case before the Family Court to issue a direction to give details of Muthoot Bank account of opposite party no. 2. 5. It is further submitted that after considering the objection of the opposite party no. 2, wherein she stated that she had taken loan from the bank after mortgaging the gold ornaments of her parents and does not have any other Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Abhishek Kumar Singh, Devid Kumar Singh, Prateek Rai Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Prajwal Chaudhary .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) savings and fixed deposit account in the aforesaid bank, application has been dismissed. 6.
