The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal, challenging the judgment passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.3 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 on the file of the Additional District Court (FT), Theni, confirming the order passed in H.M.O.P.No.226 of 2021 dated 22.01.2024 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having objections to condone the delay. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the no objection stated by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
