NATARAJ ORAL ORDER The petitioners have challenged a confirmation order bearing No.ªÀ.D/gÁgÁ£ÀªÀ/195/24-25 dated 11.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 under Section 248(3) read with Section 356(1) of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020. 2. When this petition was listed for 'Preliminary Hearing', it was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is appeal remedy. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40351 WP No. 23500 of 2025 authority. He however, prays that until filing of an appeal, the impugned order be stayed. 3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file an appeal before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 4. The impugned order bearing No.ªÀ.D/gÁgÁ£ÀªÀ/195/24-25 dated 11.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 under Section 248(3) read with Section 356(1) of the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike Act, 2020 is stayed only for a period of fifteen days from today, within which time, the petitioners shall file an appeal before the appropriate authority and obtain interim orders. 5.
