1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-6.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the instant contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 11.11.2024 in C.W.J.C. No.6471 of 2024. It is next submitted that L.P.A. No.103 of 2025 was filed against the order dated 11.11.2024 in C.W.J.C. No.6471 of 2024, and accordingly, the Hon’ble
Patna High Court MJC No.4402 of 2024(4) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 Division Bench by an order dated 19.02.2025 has set aside the
order dated 11.11.2024 in C.W.J.C. No.6471 of 2024, as such, the contempt application looses its force, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this Court may keep the contempt application pending, as petitioner is moving before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against the order dated 19.02.2025 in L.P.A. No.103 of 2025.
3. The Court is not impressed by the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, for the present, the Court finds no merit in the contempt application, as such, the contempt application is dismissed.
