Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "i- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 for providing protection to the petitioners for using their agricultural land (shares in araji no. 173) situated in village -Hafizpur Tehsil Mohammadabad Gohana District Mau. ii- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the authority concern (Respondent no.5) restraining the respondent no.7, 8, and 9 from interfering of peaceful possession of the petitioners, (araji по. 173)." 3. It is contended that a partition suit was decreed and the co-sharers were put in their shares. Now, the private respondents who are co-sharers are interfering with the possession of the petitioner on the basis of a review application which has been filed by them which is pending consideration. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed his objections to the review application which is pending consideration. 5. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of requiring the revenue authorities to proceed with the review application and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, considering the objections, if any, filed by the petitioner.
