The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 7.7.2025 and not construct the road over the land being Khasra No. 307, area 0.377 hectare situated in village Dharawal, Block and Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj. Alternatively, prayer is made to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the aforesaid land. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the District Level Committee constituted by the Government Order dated 12.5.2016 and as such no interference is required by this Court in the instant matter at this stage. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue involved, with the consent of parties herein, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves a fresh representation ventilating his grievances before the authority concerned constituted under the Government Order dated 12.05.2016 within one week, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks, thereafter.
