JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 13.01.2025 vide Annexure-F, wherein the petitioner requested for payment of time bound increment amount and the said amount was not paid from 27.08.2017 to 31.08.2019 i.e., for a period of 2 years. It is contended that, the respondents have not passed any order on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned AGA submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.3 will consider the representation dated 13.01.2025 vide Annexure-F and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned AGA, I proceed to pass the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:51764 WP No. 7870 of 2025 ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of; ii. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 13.01.2025 vide Annexure-F and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii.
