CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE.
ORDER 28.07.2025
01.
Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the impugned
order, which is the subject matter of the present petition, was assailed by the respondent before the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Srinagar, by filing a Revision petition. Learned counsel for the respondent has also submitted that the said Revision petition was filed on 19.07.2024 and the same was dismissed on 04.07.2025. According to the learned counsel, the Revision petition was filed by the petitioner as he had not succeeded in getting an interim
order in his favour in the present petition which was filed before this Court way back in September, 2023. On this ground, it has been submitted that the petitioner has abused the process of law. In support of the aforesaid submissions, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record a copy of Order dated 04.07.2025, passed by the learned court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Srinagar, which is taken on record.
02.
It appears that the petitioner has abused the process of law by challenging the same order, which is the subject matter of the present petition by way of a Revision petition before the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Srinagar. In any case, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.
03.
For the reasons stated above, the present petition is dismissed. Interim direction(s), if any, shall stand vacated.
