CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S. INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the letter/order dated 28th April, 2022 (Annexure-L) issued by the respondent-Bank.
2. Heard Sri. K.R. Krishnamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. V.B. Ravishankar,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2958 of 2020, relegating the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in this writ petition.
4. However, taking note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing parties, the respondent-

Bank is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
With this observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
