On perusal of the petition under consideration and after hearing the learned advocates for the contending parties, this court is of the considered view that the writ petitioner has explained sufficiently as to what prevented him and/or his learned advocate for appear when WPA 386 of 2014 was called for hearing on 26.02.2025. 3. Consequently, the prayer is allowed. 4. Consequently, the order of dismissal dated 26.02.2025 as passed in WPA 386 of 2014 is hereby recalled. 5. Consequently, WPA 386 of 2014 is restored to its original file and number, along with the interim order as passed in connection with the instant writ petition. 2 6. CAN 3 of 2025 is thus disposed of.
