Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Writ B No. 2184 of 2024, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 21.05.2024. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
