The Court made the following: :: ORDER:: The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent authorities in not considering the application made by the petitioner vide No.CGS012200707870, for issuance of electrical service connection bearing No.1558140105002341, situated in Sy.No.385/IB of Yerraguntapalli Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, Eluru District, as illegal and arbitrary. Page 3 of 4 SRS.J W.P.No.5364 of 2025 1-^ .r 2. Heard Sri K. Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.lswarya, learned counsel representing Sri V.V. Satish, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 1 to 5. The petitioner made online application dated 25.08.2022 (Ex.P1), by paying requisite fee, requesting the respondent authorities to shift the service connection as referred supra. However, the same was not acted upon. Hence, the writ petition. 3. 4. At the hearing, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that respondent authorities will consider the online application made by the petitioner vide Ex.P1 and pass appropriate orders, within four weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents2 to 5 to consider the online application made by the petitioner vide Ex.P1 and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the Rules, by collecting the requisite fee, within four (04) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
