Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and respondent police will be able to file the final report at the earliest. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file either a final report or a closure report in Crime No.210 of 2024, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. 6.
