The only prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is to direct the respondent no.2 namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District Mau to consider the application filed by the petitioner for impleadment dated 27.06.2025 in Case No.6635 of 2025 filed under Section 6 (A) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Register) Rules, 1970. 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.2 will consider the application submitted by the petitioner and will pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of undertaking given by the learned Standing Counsel.
