Short counter affidavit filed by Sri Jiya Uddeen, learned counsel for respondent no.4 is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jiya Uddeen, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A for the State. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 13.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0349 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 76, 333, 115(2), 352 and 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station Katghar, District Moradabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. In the short counter affidavit it is stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and the respondent no.4 has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. Learned A.G.A. also informed that final report has been submitted in favour of the petitioner on 17.07.2025. 6. In view of the above, the impugned FIR is quashed. 7. The writ petition is allowed. 8. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 9. Let this order be communicated to the S.P., Moradabad, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
