No. 805/2025, in which he was arrested on 11.02.2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M Thakuria, his counsel is not pressing this bail application, to which Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam has no objection. 4.
