On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the complainant raised preliminary objection that the applicant has not properly explained his criminal history and some contents of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application are false. In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not willing to press this bail application, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application with better particulars. In view of the above, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
