For Petitioner : No appearance ORDER The present application has been filed to adjudicate the petitioner as an insolvent. 2. An order of adjudication was passed as early as on 03.04.2025. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the learned Master. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This conduct would show that the present application itself is a vexatious petition. Hence, this Court finds no necessity to proceed further with this petition. Accordingly, the order of adjudication stands annulled and the petition stands dismissed.
