(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.110 dated 15.07.2025 registered under Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Maur, District Bathinda. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.08.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. A short reply dated 09.09.2025 by way of an affidavit of Kuldeep Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Maur, District Bathinda has been filed on behalf of the State by the learned counsel for the State. The same is taken on record. He on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case.
